Description

The Dell® PowerConnect® 2324 is an ideal switching solution for an environment using bandwidth-intensive applications such as video conferencing, streaming media, high-speed data back-up and recovery, and database services. With 24 Fast Ethernet ports and 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, the switch delivers enhanced performance, reliable server connectivity. It provides automatic negotiation for speed and full- and half-duplex mode on all ports, as well as features backpressure flow control in the half duplex operation. The Dell® PowerConnect® 2324 also supports tag-based prioritization following the IEEE 802.1p standard with two priority queues per port. The switch comes in a 19-inch rack-mountable and wall-mountable, standard 1U chassis with a comprehensive LED indicator panel to monitor the overall switching condition. This switch comes bundled with 1-Year NBD Advanced Exchange Service.
