These units come in both -R and non- or "no" -R versions -- Please specify which version you require in the notes field at checkout. -R version is pictured. The non "-R" version has internal antennas vs. the -R version which has external antennas.

Cisco Aironet 1310 Series units can be used autonomously or, with a field upgrade, as part of a Cisco Unified Wireless Network and are fully backward compatible for clients accessing the network with legacy equipment. Engineered to provide reliable performance in outdoor weather environments, the compact, enclosed and unobtrusive unit meets the NEMA 4 and IP56 specifications for harsh weather usage. Providing data rates of 54-Mbps in the 2.4-GHz band, the AIR-BR1310G-A-K9, when utilized as a vehicle-installed solution, will deliver 12 and 24 Mbps data rates with 128-byte packets at 1 percent packet error rate at over 100 km per hour speeds. As a bridge solution, the unit has range of 32 km at 11 Mbps.
