The ProCurve Gigabit-SX-LC Mini-GBIC is a small form factor removable gigabit SX transceiver. It provides a full-duplex gigabit solution and is fully compliant with Gigabit Ethernet standards. The SX connection can be used for distances of up to 550m with 850 nm multi-mode fiber (50 mm). This Mini-GBIC fits into the ProCurve 9300 Mini-GBIC Redundant Management Module or the ProCurve 9300 Mini-GBIC Module without management. This Mini-GBIC will also fit into future ProCurve chassis-based switch modules.
