Workstations on each of the remote LAN's may communicate with each other as though they were on the same physical LAN. The Aironet 340 Series Bridge can also function as a Radio Access Point and provide transparent, wireless data communications between the wired LAN (and/or within the Radio Network) and fixed, portable or mobile devices equipped with a wireles adapter employing the same modulation.
