The WIC-1B-S/T-V3 provides the ability to add BRI connectivity via a WIC, allowing administrators to maximize valuable slot space while providing additional connectivity options, such as Ethernet, on the same module.
The WIC-1B-S/T-V3 inserts into a mixed-media network module or directly into the WIC slot on the following Cisco router series:

Carrier modules, such as NM-1FE2W-V2, NM-1FE1R2W, NM-2FE2W-V2 and NM-2W may be required for utilization in some router series.
