United States of America Shipping

Orders over $200 qualify for Free Super-Saver Shipping and are shipped at our discretion via the lowest cost method. We use FedEx, UPS, and US Postal Service as shipping carriers. We cannot ship within the USA by billing directly to your shipper account number or by using a customer provided shipping label. All shipping charges must be pre-paid at checkout.

International / Foreign Shipping

Orders which are shipped internationally have a mandatory 2-5 business day security holding period between payment being received and shipment processing. This security policy is to allow funds to fully clear our bank account. International transport costs can be charged directly to your FedEx account number. We cannot ship internationally using your DHL, TNT, or UPS account number. We are able to ship internationally using customer provided labels from any shipping carrier.

Expedited and Rush Shipping

HardwareJet.com can usually provide expedited (1 or 2 day shipping), however there is an additional rush fee per unique item in addition to the product cost and expedited carrier shipping charges. The SV231DDVDUA 2-port Dual Monitor KVM Switch (DVI+VGA) offers a complete multimedia switching solution, letting users control two Dual Display computers using a single USB mouse and keyboard peripheral set. With support for high-resolution video interfaces, this dual view KVM switch provides one VGA (analog) and one DVI-I port per computer connection, as well as audio switching capability between connected computers. Delivering versatility for virtually any application, the DVI/VGA KVM switch features an integrated 2-port USB hub that allows connected USB 2.0 peripherals to be shared between connected computers, eliminating the need to purchase duplicate peripherals. Suitable for any workspace, the dual monitor KVM switch offers a compact desktop KVM design and features a rugged metal chassis that helps ensure durable performance. Please Note: While both DVI-I (analog mode) and DVI-D (digital only) are supported by the KVM, both source PCs must output the same signal type for proper switching. It is recommended wherever possible to use DVI-D cables across all PC to KVM and KVM to Console connections.
