Any STS-1 on any port can be connected to any other port, meaning that the STS cross-connections are non-blocking. The XC10G card manages up to 336 bi-directional VT1.5 ports and 576 bi-directional STS-1 ports. The TCC+ assigns bandwidth to each slot on a per-STS-1 or per-VT1.5 basis.
