Description

The Model 354-ST Token Ring Fiber Optic Extender is a stand-alone module that supports fiber optic media over distances up to 2 km using standard 62.5/125 mm fiber cable. It supports 4 or 16 Mb/s and can be used as a fiber optic lobe extender or trunk repeater. The Model 354-ST can be set on a desktop or wall mounted. For lobe connections, the Model 354-ST is used in pairs. For trunk connections, it can be used in pairs, or a single unit can be attached to a LattisNet fiber repeater device such as the Model 3534-ST Fiber Optic Repeater.
