The Cisco 36-Port Digital Modem Module is a new digital dial modem provided in a DSP form-factor for use in the on-board PVDM slots. The Cisco 36-Port Digital Modem Module provides the Cisco 2800 Series with low-density digital dial access, and provides the Cisco 3800 Series with a higher-density digital dial platform.
